The Role Overview

Working with the Head of sales and commercial team to deliver Advertisement targets on daily projects and provide frontline support to the sales team and point of contact for OTM customers (advertisers and media agencies). 

Key Responsibilities

Day to day 

  • Will be point of contact for supporting the ad sales team in Liaising with global sales teams, Salesforce admin team, clients, agencies, production and accounts depts.
  • Picking up phone calls, answering request, taking messages or transferring call to right contact.
  • Entering business under discussion, account details and other information into Salesforce system 
  • Dealing with compliance issues, debt/credit notes and accounts queries 
  • Distribution of sales promotional material 
  • Responsible for sending vouchers 
  • Other ad hoc tasks as and when requested by Head of sales  
  • Designing sales presentations
  • Taking care of mailing to customers
  • Designing and implementing AD format

Required Skills / Experience 

  • Graduate calibre
  • A first work experience as sales assistant
  • Knowledge of international environment
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Sales Support /customer service environment experience
  • Good understanding of digital media platforms
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude, team spirit
  • Good organisational skills
  • Be proactive and willing to help
  • Ability to work under pressure- time management
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
