Responsibilities

  • Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization.
  • oversee the recruiting
  • interviewing, and hiring of new staff;
  • consult with top executives on strategic planning and serve as a link between an organization’s management and its employees
  • monitor daily staff performance and demand for progress reports
  • develop promotion plan and performance DTT form
  • Manage workman compensation data base and review weekly and ensure all staff including journalist are safeguard
  • promise and defend a profitable training plan for the senior staff and leadership team
  • take full charge on daily supervision of the task giving to the staff in line with chief operating officers work load .

Attributes

  •  Self-motivated, able to use initiative and equipped with an inquisitive nature\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain industry contacts
